Job summary

Greenville Care Center is seeking an Activities Aide to support planning, organizing, and implementing engaging activities for residents in a long‑term care setting. You will work with the Activities Director to meet individual interests and needs, fostering social, physical, emotional, and cognitive stimulation.

You will lead group activities, encourage participation, adapt activities for mobility or cognitive differences, and help with documentation and setup to ensure a safe, welcoming

Qualifications

Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities for residents.
Document attendance and participation per facility policies.
Adapt activities for residents with different mobility or cognitive needs.

Responsibilities

Prepare activity spaces and gather supplies.
Coordinate with Activities Director and volunteers.
Organize special events and outings.
Monitor resident mood and health during activities.
