Wisconsin Dells Health Services, part of North Shore Healthcare, is seeking an Activities Aide to join a compassionate, resident-centered team. The role supports the Life Enrichment/Activities Department by delivering meaningful, person-centered programs and engaging residents in group and 1:1 activities.

We offer a competitive starting wage and flexible scheduling; new graduates are welcome as on-the-job training and ongoing development are provided.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and energetic demeanor; able to engage groups.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize, and lead group and 1:1 activities based on residents' interests and care plans.
• Escort residents to and from activities ensuring safety and independence.
• Assist with setup, materials, and cues during programs.
• Report mood, behavior, or functional changes to Life Enrichment Director and nursing team.
• Create and maintain monthly activity calendars, newsletters, and bulletin boards.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain supplies and activity areas.
• Assist with planning special events, holidays, outings, and family engagement activities.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and visitors.
• Follow infection control, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment in all activity areas.
