What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff!)

• Bring the Energy: Design, pitch, and run high-impact, soul-stirring activity programs that give our residents vibrant, meaningful life experiences.
• Create Magic: Take charge of special event planning and help turn ordinary days into unforgettable moments.
• Connect & Care: Use creative, non-pharmacological approaches to comfort and engage residents, acting as a vital bridge between them, our team, and the Activity Director.
• Keep the Flow: Escort residents to events, prep materials ahead of time, handle MDS attendance tracking via our Electronic Medical Records system, and lend a helping hand with evening meal delivery.
