About the Role

As an Activities Aide at Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by developing and implementing engaging activities, programs, and events. With a focus on adults with diverse needs, you will work closely with our activities team to create a stimulating environment that fosters socialization, independence, and overall well‑being.

Shift Schedule

12pm – 8pm

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily activities, including crafts, games, outings, and entertainment programs, to cater to the diverse interests and abilities of residents.
• Assist with daily living activities such as mealtime assistance, grooming, and mobility assistance, as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and participation.
• Collaborate with the activities team to develop and implement new programs, ensuring they align with residents’ preferences and needs.
• Promote a positive and respectful environment, encouraging socialization and community building among residents.
