Casa de las Campanas in Rancho Bernardo, CA is seeking an Activities Aide to coordinate engaging activities and events for residents. This part-time role supports recreation programs, assists with transport to events, and ensures high-quality resident experiences in a warm, welcoming environment.

The Activities Aide will work with our team to create meaningful programs that enhance wellbeing and social engagement for seniors, with opportunities to contribute to a hospitality-driven community.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience in a social/recreation program within the last five years.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors the supply levels within the Activities Department and notifies the Activities Coordinator of purchasing needs.
• Assists with coordination, scheduling, planning, implementing comprehensive activity programs.
• Enhances activity program through research of community resources and coordination of special events.
• Assist in transporting and escorting residents to and from activity programs, both on and off campus.
• Maintains high visibility during activities; resolves resident issues and concerns related to activity programs.

Job Summary

The Activity Aide - Assisted Living and Special Care Residence will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive activity events to meet the leisure and recreation needs of our residents.

Essential Job Duties
