Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing recreational and therapeutic activities for patients, including games, arts and crafts, and social events.
• Monitor and document patient participation and progress in activities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding, serving, and cleaning up after meals.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation teams to develop individualized activity plans that meet patient needs and goals.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Activity Director or designee.
