Job summary

Wesley Enhanced Living is seeking an Activities Aide to join our Life Enrichment team in a warm senior living community. You will plan and lead engaging activities that bring joy, purpose, and connection to residents, creating a daily experience they look forward to.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with seniors, bring creativity and energy to event planning, and can support residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and energetic personality.
• Ability to engage with seniors in a caring way.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning activities.
• Previous experience in recreation, caregiving, or senior living a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead fun and meaningful activities.
• Encourage residents to engage, socialize, and stay active.
• Assist with outings, special events, and celebrations.
• Support residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Work closely with the Activities Coordinator and care team.
