Job summary

Burn Boot Camp is seeking a Brand + Commerce Manager in Cornelius, NC. This role owns the look and feel of activewear content across wholesale, e-commerce, and marketing, and serves as the primary source for on-brand assets feeding the Performance Campaign Manager.

The mid-level position requires creative conviction, digital fluency, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while maintaining brand consistency through shoots, asset creation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in content creation, brand marketing, e-commerce merchandising, or related creative/digital role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools.
• Experience leading photoshoots from concept to delivery and coordinating post-production.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual presentation of activewear across B2B and B2C platforms with consistent brand standards.
• Lead activewear photoshoots from pre-production to delivery and develop creative briefs.
• Create marketing assets (email graphics, social content, promos) under brand guidelines.
• Handoff finished assets to Marketing with timelines, formats, and naming conventions.
