Job summary

Access Information Management is seeking a Warehouse/Driver Associate (Finance) to move, drive, and manage records for hospitals, law firms, and major organizations. You will drive company vehicles, load and unload, and track daily orders while maintaining a clean workspace.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 40–50 lbs. Experience in driving or delivery is preferred, with background checks and DOT prerequisites completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Delivery or driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Must pass a 10-year background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver records.
• Load/unload boxes and pull orders accurately.
• Scan, track, and complete daily work orders.
• Keep vehicles and work areas clean and organized.
