Job summary

Lensing in Evansville, Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Lensing Building Specialties team. This role manages materials in the warehouse and prepares orders for delivery to customers and job sites.

Ideal candidates enjoy physical work, staying organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience and familiarity with inventory systems are preferred, with on-the-job training available.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience.
• Experience operating forklifts (or willingness to be trained).
• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming materials.
• Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
• Pick and stage materials for orders and upcoming installations.
• Load materials onto delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, sales team, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
