Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field and two years of experience providing professional or direct services to individuals with disabilities.
• Experience with instructional design and evaluation for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of NCVIP, ICF/IID Regulations, and related DHHS policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction aligned with state/federal regulations to promote growth in self-care, dining, and daily living skills.
• Assess skills and create annual caseload evaluations using multiple assessment tools.
• Develop curricula and monitor instructional sessions, documenting progress in EPIC.
• Analyze data to tailor learning environments to individual learning styles and independence.
