Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking an Active Trader Services specialist to support highly active traders with market activity, securities transactions, and trading questions.

You will build trusted client relationships through inbound interactions, delivering education and support to help clients make informed decisions. The role requires FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63; Series 4 preferred), knowledge of markets, investment products, and regulations, and the ability to explain complex concepts

Formación

• Requires Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA licenses.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, or trading support.
• Knowledge of markets, investment products, and regulations.
• Experience supporting trading in equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
