Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a role within its Active Trader Services team to guide sophisticated traders through market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related questions. You will build trusted relationships via inbound client interactions, providing education and support to help clients make informed investment decisions.

Required licenses include Series 7 and Series 63, with Series 4 preferred.

Qualifications

Series 7 license is required.
Series 63 license is required.
Series 4 license is preferred.
Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or related field.
Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations.
Experience supporting trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income, margin, and other investment products.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex trading and investment concepts clearly to clients.
Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, deliver personalized solutions, and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
