Fidelity Investments is seeking a Trader Support Associate to assist our most active clients with market activity, securities trades, and related questions. You will build trusted relationships through inbound client interactions, providing education and guidance that help clients make informed investment decisions.

You will need FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63; Series 4 preferred) and strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulations.

Formación

• Requires Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or related field.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and regulations.
• Experience supporting trading in equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income, margin.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex trading and investment concepts.
• Ability to identify client needs and build long-term relationships.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
