Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a client-focused professional to join the Active Trader Services team and support some of Fidelity's most active traders. You will guide clients through market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related questions, delivering education and support to help them make informed investment decisions.

The role requires strong knowledge of financial markets and products, FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63 required, Series 4 preferred), and the ability to explain

Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
• Series 4 license preferred.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations.
• Experience supporting trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex trading and investment concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, deliver personalized solutions, and build long‑term relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
