Qualifications

• Series 7 license required.
• Series 63 license required.
• Series 4 license preferred.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or related field.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations.
• Experience supporting trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex trading and investment concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and build long-term relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• As a member of Fidelity’s Active Trader Services team, you will guide traders through market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related questions.
• You will build trusted relationships through inbound client interactions, providing education and support for informed investment decisions.
