Job summary

Morgan Stanley's E TRADE Premium and Specialty Client Solutions seeks an Active Trader Relationship Manager to retain and grow ETRADE's Active Trader clients, delivering tailored support and guidance to meet their trading needs and objectives.

You will leverage deep trading knowledge, provide platform demos and connect clients with Morgan Stanley products and services, while ensuring best-in-class service and risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent).
• Ability to be registered in all states and territories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and cultivate relationships with active trader clients.
• Provide product education, trade facilitation, platform demos, and connect clients with Morgan Stanley products.
• Utilize deep knowledge of futures, margin and contracts trading and market analysis.
• Proactively outreach on margin calls, ITM options, and quarterly relationship development calls.
• Grow the active trader segment by uncovering outside assets and overseeing onboarding.
