Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of client service experience within financial services.
• Active Series 7 license.
• Active Series 63 license.
• Thorough understanding of the securities industry, including equity, margin, and option trading.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work flexible shift assignments.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and in control in a volatile business environment.
• Dedication to exceeding client expectations.
• Passion to excel.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Independent decision-making skills to manage and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow Morgan Stanley's most valuable clients.
• Build personal connections by understanding clients' investment needs, goals, and objectives.
• Serve as a trusted resource for high-value E*TRADE clients.
• Support teammate's clients within a small team.
• Provide product education, knowledge, trade facilitation, and connections to Morgan Stanley products and services.
• Deliver exceptional client service and cultivate client relationships.
• Address client issues and questions using critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Liaise with internal support teams to ensure client service needs are met timely.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Morgan Stanley products and services.
• Identify opportunities to maximize all aspects of Morgan Stanley.
• Improve overall performance, sales, customer satisfaction, and the customer experience.
• Mitigate risk through adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage high volumes of client interactions while adhering to a schedule.
