Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Representative based out of Medina with travel to Stow, Cleveland, Richmond Heights, and Mentor. The role is full-time with a day shift, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, requiring availability on weekdays and weekends.

You will stock shelves, set displays, support merchandising, and assist store operations while building relationships with customers and teammates. Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus $1 per hour FLEX travel premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail, grocery or customer service experience a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently with detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, and remodels.
• Keep backrooms clean, organized and safe.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and service.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and teammates on priorities.
• Use technology to track time and report work completed.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Adapt to changing priorities while delivering quality work.
