Hy-Vee in Minnesota is seeking a Courtesy Clerk to support customers from the register to their car, keep the store clean, stocked, and welcoming for everyone who walks through the door. In this role, you'll package purchases, assist customers, maintain the store, and lend a hand wherever you are needed.

Qualifications

• No formal education or experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile.
• Package purchases and assist customers in transporting them to their vehicle.
• Bring carts in from the parking lot and manage cart corrals.
• Clean registers, restrooms, break room, and backroom; sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Stock, face, and rotate merchandise; understand shelf tags and locations.
• Maintain front end supplies including bags and receipt paper.
• Help train new courtesy clerks.
• Deliver product to customers and assist in other departments as needed.
