Job summary

Esler Companies is urgently hiring a part-time Retail Marketing Representative to represent Renewal by Andersen at community events across Arizona and nearby markets. You will engage customers, share product information, generate leads, and schedule free in-home consultations with our Sales team.

No prior experience required; weekends and strong communication are key. Earn base hourly pay plus uncapped bonuses, with paid training, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a clear path to growth

Responsibilities

• Engage attendees in a friendly, natural way.
• Ask questions and listen to homeowners’ window/door needs.
• Invite interested homeowners to enter giveaways and learn more.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen products and services.
• Schedule free in-home consultations with Sales team.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown (lifting up to 30 lbs).
• During shifts, represent the brand and speak with attendees.
