Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable using basic math and reading work instructions.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver raw materials and components to machining and assembly lines.
• Move finished products throughout the facility and into shipping.
• Load and unload pallets, crates, and containers.
• Replenish production materials and component hoppers.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
• Verify materials for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized work areas while supporting our 5S workplace standards.
• Assist with recycling activities, including cardboard baling.
• Follow standardized work procedures and all safety requirements.
