Job summary

Fox Factory is seeking a Production Material Handler to support daily manufacturing operations by receiving, storing, staging and delivering materials. You will help maintain accurate inventory levels and keep work areas clean and safe in line with 5S and lean practices.

The role requires 1+ years of forklift experience and inventory control knowledge, with HS graduation as baseline. You will collaborate with production, purchasing and quality teams to resolve material issues and keep production

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent required.
• 1+ years forklift experience preferred.
• 1+ years inventory control experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or material handling.

Responsibilities

• Replenish production lines to prevent downtime and keep workflows efficient.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to support accuracy and compliance.
• Follow all safety protocols including proper PPE use, equipment operation, and hazard reporting.
• Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized to support 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to resolve material issues or shortages.
• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and making operator repairs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
