Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is helpful—but not required.
• If you’ve done physical, fast-paced work before, you’ll likely do well here.

Responsibilities

• Keep the sewing line moving by feeding materials to operators.
• Stuff and prepare products so they’re ready for the next step.
• Collect finished materials and get them ready for fulfillment.
• Stay organized—keep materials clean, sorted, and easy to access.
• Move materials throughout the department safely and efficiently.
• Step in to support other areas when needed.
• Operate a Sprinter van for local mattress deliveries as needed, including loading and unloading products and ensuring timely, safe delivery to customers.
