Job summary

Foamcraft, Inc. in Mitchell, IN is seeking a full-time warehouse/packaging associate to help prepare products for shipment. You’ll stay active, move materials, and support a fast-paced team to meet customer deadlines.

Responsibilities include gathering materials, packing in proper quantities, applying wrappers and labels, loading trucks, and keeping work areas organized and safe. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is helpful—but not required.
• Physical, fast-paced work experience is a plus.
• Ability to stay active and keep materials organized throughout shifts.

• Strings ties, wraps, or bags materials as directed.

At Foamcraft, we make real products used every day. This role is critical to making that happen—you’re the one bundling and wrapping custom foam fabrication in specific quantity amounts per the customers specifications and assisting in loading the truck to ship.

What you’ll do

• Gathers materials to ensure proper order completion
• Pack foam in the proper quantities
• String tie, plastic wrap, or plastic bag materials as directed
• Mark foam or attach labels to packages as directed
• Observing all safety rules and regulations
• Stay organized—keep materials clean, sorted, and easy to access
• Move materials throughout the department safely and efficiently
• Loading the trucks for shipment
• Step in to support other areas when needed

Experience

• Pay starts at $15 an hour but prior experience will be considered
