Job summary

Foamcraft's Greenfield plant is seeking a Material Handler to keep the sewing line fed and moving. You will load, move, and prepare materials, supporting a fast-paced production team to prevent downtime and ensure timely fulfillment.

This role emphasizes organization, reliability, and the ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment, with local delivery duties as needed and a strong team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production is helpful but not required.
• Able to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks.
• Comfortable with lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Feed materials to sewing line operators to keep line moving.
• Prepare products for next step and finalize for fulfillment.
• Move materials safely around the department and support other areas.
• Load and unload products during local deliveries using Sprinter van.
• Organize materials and keep workspace clean and accessible.
