Job Description: The Fitness Instructor designs and leads engaging, evidence-based exercise programs specifically for active older adults (ages 50+). This role is crucial in helping participants maintain or improve functional strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health in a safe, supportive, and enjoyable group environment, directly contributing to their overall well-being. The primary focus of this position is leading fun, accessible line dancing classes tailored for older adults, with additional opportunities to instruct other group fitness formats (e.g., balance, light cardio, strength, or mobility) based on community interest and instructor expertise.
