Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver to support inventory counts at retailer locations. You will travel to stores, transport teammates when needed, and operate handheld scanners to record counts.

Starting pay is $13.00–$16.00 per hour with paid training, flexible scheduling, and potential earning increases based on productivity. No prior inventory experience required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to drive a van and 18+ to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations.
