Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver to support counting inventory at various retail locations. The role includes transporting employees to events, using handheld scanners, and meeting productivity goals while earning through a performance-based pay program.

Starting pay ranges from $16.75 to $19.50 per hour, with opportunities to increase earnings and bonuses such as referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to retail locations.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Comfortable using handheld technology and working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings under the pay program.
