Job summary

WIS International is hiring a Retail Inventory Associate - Driver (Part-Time) in California. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. Starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour with potential bonuses and a $200 referral bonus.

You will count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, travel to multiple retail locations, and drive company vehicles. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• No degree required; relevant work background is valued.
• Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs; 21+ to be a van driver.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain high accuracy and meet productivity goals.
• Travel to retail locations and drive company or rental vehicles as needed.
• Assist with safety checks and vehicle maintenance scheduling.
• Escalate safety or policy concerns to district/area managers as needed.
