Job summary

WIS International in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an active Retail Inventory Associate - Driver to support our clients at retail locations.

You will count inventory with handheld scanners, transport team members as needed, and travel to stores while meeting productivity goals.

No prior inventory experience required; training is provided and earnings include performance-based pay increases.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• No inventory experience required; training provided
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Ability to travel to retail locations

Responsibilities

• Drive employees to and from inventory events as needed
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the pay program
• Travel to retail locations
• Demonstrate company core values at all times
