WIS International is hiring an External Job Description for an Inventory Associate Driver in the Richmond Metro area. This role involves safely transporting staff to inventory events, counting stock with handheld scanners, and maintaining high accuracy and productivity.

No prior inventory experience is required as training is provided. Ideal candidates will be 21+, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable using handheld tech.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to drive a van; at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• No degree required; veterans, career changers encouraged to apply.
• Flexible schedules including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events.
• Count and record inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
• Meet productivity goals to maximize earnings under the pay program.
