Job summary

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver to support counting inventory across retail locations. You will drive to sites, transport teammates, and operate handheld scanners to record counts with accuracy. Training is provided, and performance-based pay can increase earnings.

The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for advancement and travel. A valid driver's license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to qualify as van driver; 18+ to drive personal vehicle.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and/or late nights.

Responsibilities

• Transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings under the pay program.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
• Lead by example and demonstrate company values.
