Safran USA is seeking an Active Directory Expert to provide support, implementation, and design for Microsoft AD and Windows-based systems. The role reports to Safran USA Cloud & Infrastructure with a dotted-line to the Group Central AD Team, aligning governance and security baselines across U.S.

regulated environments. Ideal candidates have 5+ years on AD/EntraID in multi-domain environments, with strong AD FS, Windows Server 2019/2022, and ITIL process experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of practical experience as an Active Directory and EntraID expert in multi-domain AD environments.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, AD FS, and Windows Server 2019/2022.
• Strong Windows security, GPO, DNS, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with ITIL incident and change management.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 3 support for Active Directory and identity services; own escalations and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure changes follow ITIL processes including risk assessment and post-implementation review.
• Support directory integrations, LDAP/LDAPS binds, and service accounts.
