Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Leisure Activities, Physical Education, Sports or related field; 1–3 years’ recreation program or event experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and customer service.
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages programs and events for the older adult community.
• Coordinates programming with other departments and partners.
• Oversees daily facility operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Manages logistics including transportation and safety compliance.
• Monitors budgeting, payroll, and program evaluation.
• Engages the community through outreach and feedback.
