Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily operations of an Active Adult community, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, strong financial performance, and regulatory compliance. You will manage onsite teams, coordinate resources, and foster an inclusive environment for residents aged 55+.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and exceptional communication to align ownership, residents, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident concerns, complaints, questions, and requests, addressing issues.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and eviction processes as needed.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training; manage performance and development of team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through community culture and reviews.
• Direct marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with ownership, investors, and regional management for performance updates.
