Job summary

Carbon Valley Parks & Recreation District is seeking an Active Adult Representative to provide friendly customer service to the 55+ community and guests. The role includes assisting with memberships, classes, rentals, and event setup, while maintaining daily operations and cleanliness of the facility.

Qualified candidates will be 16 years or older with a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/AED/first aid certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR, AED, first aid certification, or ability to become certified within 90 days.
• Willingness to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends and select holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer service to 55+ community members and guests.
• Assist with daily operations and facility cleanliness.
• Greet new members and assist with memberships, classes, and program enrollments.
• Perform basic administrative duties and help with refreshments and event setup/breakdown.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and community members.
