• New York State Driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance is required; acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the child to be active in the community and participate in chosen activities.
• Help with decision making for activities of liking.
• Travel to various locations as needed for community engagement.
