No experience required but experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
New York State Driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance is required; acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

Support a 50-year-old individual in Syracuse, NY with hobbies, structured recreational activities, money management, and independent living skills.
Assist with shopping, meals, and outings, including visits to spouse and Walmart/thrift stores.
Participate in community activities and transportation to appointments or events.
Shift is part-time, with potential for additional hours with other clients.
Maintain safety, privacy, and respect for the individual’s routine and preferences.
