ARISE CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICE INC in Cicero, NY is seeking a 1:1 Direct Support Professional to assist a 12-year-old girl with community activities, daily routines, and activities she enjoys, both at home and in the community.

This part-time, 1:1 role offers up to 15 hours weekly with starting pay of $19.25/hour and increases with years of relevant experience. Must be 18+, hold a NY driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• New York State Driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance is required; acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist a 12-year-old girl with community activities and choosing activities she enjoys.
• Provide personal care when needed and assist with lifting.
• Willing to travel to different locations and work in the girl's home and community.
