Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, MO seeks an ACT Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat clients with mental health challenges using evidence-based interventions. Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT; willingness to become licensed in additional states.
• Comfort with providing telehealth services (training provided).
• Successful completion of background check including criminal and driving records; fingerprinting.
• First Aid and CPR certification within 3 months of starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and other counseling to meet client needs and goals.
• Complete intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments within designated timeframes.
• Determine and document diagnoses based on assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in line with regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings; provide case feedback.
• Document all services per regulatory standards; maintain professional relationships with referrals.
