Pawnee Mental Health Services is seeking School Based Therapists in North-Central Kansas. The role supports underserved populations across multiple counties with a strong emphasis on individualized treatment and community outreach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessment and evaluation following agency policy
• Develop and document treatment goals with client and family
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy following evidence-based models
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address barriers to treatment
• Cover for co-workers and complete required trainings as needed
• Engage clients through assertive outreach to improve outcomes
• Provide education, resources, and referrals in community settings
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation per policy
• Attend clinical supervision and staff meetings as assigned
