HealthPort in Salisbury, MD seeks an Assertive Community Treatment Team Leader for a full-time role. You will oversee the ACT team, interview, develop, schedule, train, and supervise day-to-day operations to deliver evidence-based community treatment.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, licensed MH professional, CPR/First Aid, and at least three years of supervisory experience. Competitive benefits, 401(k) with match, and NHSC eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or similar; licensed Mental Health Professional.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Three years of direct supervisory experience.
• Meet credentialing and privileging requirements as set out in Policy and Procedures

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and lead a team of mental health staff.
• Provide assertive community treatment to clients with severe mental illness.
• Familiar with ACT evidence-based practice standards.
• Train and supervise an effective ACT team.
• Develop an internal ACT on-call system for 24/7 coverage.
• Ensure complete client documentation and HIPAA compliance.
