Job summary

Western Montana Mental Health Center seeks a Paraprofessional for its Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. You will work in the community, modeling recovery-based principles and supporting clients with daily tasks and appointments.

You will complete documentation, check in with clients to establish baselines, and assist with medication prompts, all while collaborating with a cohesive ACT team to promote self-determination and improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in behavioral health or closely related field.
• Montana Driver’s License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with shopping, laundry, errands and accompanying to appointments.
• Complete and maintain documentation for ACT clients.
• Check in with clients to establish baseline and monitor progress.
• Provide medication prompts and reminders as directed by the team.
• Support the ACT team in delivering wrap-around, community-based care.
