You will provide community-based, in-home therapy and employment support for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, focusing on symptom stability and community functioning.

Qualifications

• Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) status.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services/Psychology.
• Must be free from all illicit substance use.
• Light Work classification: ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy within ACT services.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic, crisis, behavioral, and psychoeducational interventions.
• Conduct employment assessments and plan options.
• Collaborate with clients, families, supports to achieve PCP goals.
• Assist with crisis and transition planning for clients.
• Maintain timely documentation for medical records.
