Carolina Outreach, LLC seeks a compassionate Co-Occurring Disorder Therapist to provide community-based, in-home therapy as part of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team serving North Carolina.

You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and substance use treatment while coordinating with clients, families, and care teams to promote recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human service field.
• Licensure CCS/CCAS or LCAS (or provisionally licensed with supervision).
• Driver's license and automobile insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate services.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (based on licensure).
