Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare and substance use treatment.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and driving status.
• If degree is not in a Human Services field, at least 24 credits in Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management and rehabilitative skills training.
• Meet individuals in homes, community settings, hospitals, crisis units, and clinics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and community providers to support recovery.
• Maintain documentation in a state-of-the-art EMR and participate in team activities.
