Clarvida is hiring an ACT Certified Addiction Counselor to work with a multidisciplinary team providing community-based interventions for adults with substance use and mental health needs.

You will conduct assessments, deliver individual and group SA counseling, and connect clients to resources. Eligibility includes CAC certifications and a valid Georgia driver's license; background checks must be clear.

Qualifications

• CAC-I, CAC-II, GCADC-I, CADC, CADC-T or CCIT certification is required or preferred.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License and clean MVR.
• Clean Criminal Background Check with no abusive offenses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of client substance use and mental health needs.
• Provide individual and group SA counseling and crisis assessments.
• Coordinate linkage to community resources (e.g., AA) as needed.
