APEX FAMILY HEALTH CARE SERVICES is seeking a Certified Addiction Counselor to conduct assessments and provide both individual and group counseling. This full-time role requires expertise in substance abuse and mental health therapy, along with a CAC certification. The position offers a flexible schedule, but applicants must either live in Georgia or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Substance Abuse Counseling.
• CAC or equivalent SA recognized certification required.
• Ability to provide mental health therapy or case management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct substance abuse assessments, individual and group counseling.
• Attend weekly treatment team meetings and document in electronic medical records.
• Complete weekly/monthly reports.
