Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA seeks an Armed Security Officer for a part-time, 2nd shift position on Sundays 12:00pm–5:00pm and Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays 12:00pm–8:30pm.

The officer will be stationed in a standing post to safeguard employees, visitors, and property. Requirements include Act 235 certification, ownership of a firearm with holster, Level 2 retention holster, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid Act 235 certification.
• Must own firearm and holster.
• Level 2 or above retention holster required.
• Prior armed security experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide security for the property, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and property.
• Monitor and patrol the assigned area to detect any security risks or violations.
• Respond to emergencies and alarms in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain a professional presence and represent the company with integrity.
• Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform routine checks, both on-site and via security systems.

Schedule :

• Sunday | 12:00pm to 5:00pm
• Monday, Thursday, & Saturday | 12:00pm to 8:30pm

Pay Rate : $19.00 per hour
